@HalifaxBank is absolutely useless. On hold for 45 mins, pick up the phone and put it straight down. Theyāll chase you down like a **** when they want money off you, trying to get it back and theyāre not interested.All the accounts moving to @TSB this weekend.

@TSB trying to register for online banking, memorable information is so broken its locked me out. Try to contact customer service to be passed round by bots, when agent finally answers I don't get chance to respond before they disappeared

@TSB funds back to my employers, so they can't "repay" me. I've spoken to your regular customer service and they just say they can't help, they gave me a number for your "payments" line which is basically fraud dept and after 45 mins of phone ringing I've given up. Meanwhile here
