1 Egg white

Lavender Simple Syrup:
Combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 tbsp of dried lavender buds in a saucepan.
Heat until the sugar dissolves.
Let cool and strain out the lavender buds.
Instructions:
Combine gin, lavender simple syrup, lemon juice, crème de violette, and egg white in a shaker.
Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Sprinkle a small amount of edible glitter on top.
Garnish with a lavender sprig.
