Sheree is the daughter of two executives of IBM, and grew up in Rochester until at the age of nine, her family moved to Colorado and she attended the coeducational Fairview High School located in Boulder. After matriculating from high school, she enrolled at the University of Colorado, Boulder with the intention of following a path similar to her parent – she took up business and fashion merchandising as subjects.

Modelling Career and Acting Opportunities
During one of her fashion shoots, one of the photographers mistook Wilson as a model, and this led to her being introduced to a modelling agent. She was also featured in several popular magazines including “Glamour”, “Mademoiselle”, and “Redbook”. Her fame was growing steadily, and shortly afterwards she worked with Martin Sheen in the television movie “News at Eleven” .

In 1986, Sheree was cast in one of her most prominent roles, in the soap opera “Dallas” which she was a part of for four years before her character was gunned down during the final season. It was later revealed that she was killed off in the show due to maternity – she actually received a Soap Opera Digest Award for her death scene. Following on, she had guest roles in “Matlock”, and “Renegade”, and also worked alongside Chuck Norris as the female lead in “Hellbound”.
In 1993, she gained even more popularity as she had her best-known role opposite Chuck Norris in “Walker, Texas Ranger” – she played the character Alexandra Cahill-Walker for eight years until the show’s end. She later reprised her role in the television movie “Walker, Texas Ranger: Trial By Fire” which was intended to be a first of a film series, but which was discontinued. During the 2000s, she appeared in a string of independent and television movies, including “Mystery Woman: Game Time”, “Anna’s Storm”, and “Easy Rider: The Ride Back”.
