- Rice Cereal squares– Rice Chex, corn Chex or Crispix cereal. Or any combination of the three.
- White Chocolate Chips - or White Chocolate Wafers
- Sugar - granular sugar is what is needed for this recipe
- Cinnamon - ground cinnamon. The amount can be adjusted to your taste.
🥣 How to make this recipe
- Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a gallon-sized ziptopbag. Shake to incorporate and set aside.
- Measure Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl melt the white chocolate chips for 25 seconds in the microwave. Stir and reheat as needed.
- Pour the melted white chocolate chips over the Chex cereal.
- Carefully stir to coat the cereal, trying not to crush the cereal.
- Scoop the Chex cerealinto the bag with the cinnamon sugar mixture, then close and shake to coat the cereal completely.
- Pour the cinnamon sugar-coated muddy buddies onto a cookie sheet in a single layer and allow the white chocolate to set completely, approximately 30 minutes, before storing or serving.
