Still not working. Been on the phone with 3 different representatives. The second one eventually got it working, and after a few hours it stopped working again. If this is not resolved by morning, know that you are keeping me from working my job, @Xfinity/@Comcast/@ComcastCares.

Talking to @Xfinity on the phone for service that they were supposed to do today which was supposed to be free of charge. Technician never showed up and claimed to complete the work order. I had to call to reschedule it and now they want to charge me an installation fee.

Any day would be great @Xfinity/@Comcast!! It’s been all day at this point. Original estimated fix time to the current one has been delayed 12 hours. I have work 10 hours from now, and my internet is necessary. Already wasn’t able to work all day today. (cc: @ComcastCares)

I’ve also yet to have even one @ComcastCares representative answer any of these tweets, and calling on the phone was zero help. In addition, I have seen no @Xfinity work trucks on my apartment complex, so definitely seems like they’re hard at work to fix the problem!!

@alexctam I've never really had an issue with it going through Xfinity but I know a lot of people don't like it. It could be clearer though on what thing your clicking on when scrolling.
